Returns the given string, escaping special characters by replacing them with HTML entities.

The transform.HTMLEscape function escapes five special characters by replacing them with HTML entities:
&→&<→<>→>'→'"→"
For example:
{{ htmlEscape "Lilo & Stitch" }} → Lilo & Stitch
{{ htmlEscape "7 > 6" }} → 7 > 6
